Family Support Network Training

Loading Events
The Family Support Network is a peer-led initiative aimed at empowering families impacted by SATB2-Associated Syndrome to navigate and support their unique journey. The Family Support Network was fully launched in 2024. Its mission is to foster connections among families within specific states or regions, facilitating access to local resources, encouraging mutual support, and organizing both virtual and in-person meetups.
This training is designed to prepare Family Support Representatives to serve as the primary point of contact for families within their state or region. They will offer general information, guidance, and support regarding the diagnosis of SATB2-Associated Syndrome (SAS), as well as provide resources necessary to address the needs of individuals with SAS.
If you do not have a representative in your state and you think you may be interested in filling that role, please contact Jenna Garwood at FamilySupport@satb2gene.org.
