2020 SATB2-ASSOCIATED SYNDROME CONFERENCE
ATLANTA, GA (USA)
Wednesday, July 7, 2020 – Guest arrival. Informal welcome reception during hotels evening manager’s reception Thursday, July 8, 2020 – 9am to 5pm; Conference Sessions – lunch provided Friday, July 9, 2020 – 9am to 3pm; Conference Sessions – lunch provided Saturday, July 10, 2020 – Optional Family Outing (location and any additional cost to families is still be worked on)
Guest Rooms and Meeting will be held at the Embassy Suites at Centennial Olympic Park. The Embassy Suites is conveniently located within walking distance to many great attractions such as the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca Cola Museum, The National Center for Civil and Human Rights, the Children’s Museum of Atlanta, the CNN Center and so much more!
Rooms are available in our room block at a discounted rate of $179 per night + taxes and fees. Parking is available on site for an additional fee.
The Embassy Suites is conveniently located 8 miles from the Atlanta Hartsfield International Airport. Easy access to take MARTA (train system) from the airport to the Omni MARTA station or a short Uber or Lyft ride from the airport.
All spacious two-room suites include a separate living room with sofa bed, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, TV and more. Hotel guests are also treated to complimentary, cooked to order breakfast and Manager’s Reception each evening which features light snacks and beverages. Hotel also features outdoor swimming pool.
Group room block will posted here when available for booking. Please note that the discounted rate is available for check in as early as Monday, July 5th through checkout on Monday, July 12th. Rooms must be booked by June 1, 2020.
Please note that confirmation of SATB2-associated syndrome diagnosis is needed to ensure that our conference is supporting our SATB2 community. If you have not already done so, please submit a copy of your diagnosis via email to YAZarate@uams.edu and KBBosanko@uams.edu.

Adult – $25 each Children (age 4 – 18) – $15 each Age 3 and under – Free SAS Attendee – Free

Registration closes on (TBD) or sooner if we reach capacity. Registration includes welcome bag, access to sessions, and lunch on Thursday and Friday.
If you need to cancel your conference registration and do so by May 31, 2020, we are able to offer you a full refund, minus processing fees, for your conference registration. If you need to cancel your conference registration on June 1, 2020 or later, we are not able to offer you a registration refund.
